Add Layerswap in 'Get started with Optimism' page's exchanges section

Layerswap allows users of other exchanges to transfer to Optimism, so it would be helpful to have it as an option like "Other exchanges" in the get started guide

Thanks Leo! LayerSwap is listed on bridges for now / on our gateway.

As we iterate on Get started we'll include this feedback and think about how best to expose LayerSwap when relevant on the exchanges side :)
