Seems related to the WalletConnect modal being configured to request mainnet rather than optimism, console error shows:
Error: Non conforming namespaces. approve() namespaces chains don't satisfy required namespaces.
Required: eip155:1
Approved: eip155:10
at a (asyncToGenerator.js:22:9)
useWalletConnectV2.tsx:234 Connection refused: This Safe Account is in Optimism but the Wallet Connect session proposal is not valid because it contains: 1) A required chain different than Optimism 2) Does not include Optimism between the optional chains 3) No EVM compatible chain is included

Did you try using the Smart Contract wallet connect option?
